Abstract
Specialistično delo obravnava razvoj novega brusnega orodja in predstavlja moderen projektni pristop, ki sistematično in po korakih opisuje posamezne faze razvoja. Raziskan je bil razvoj superabrazivnega brusnega orodja v hibridni vezi in obenem na primeru prikazan potek razvoja novega izdelka v podjetju Swatycomet. Za razvoj izdelka smo uporabili projektni pristop, ki sistematično in po korakih obravnava posamezne faze razvoja. Ker gre za popolnoma nov izdelek za podjetje SwatyComet, smo v okviru analize tržišča in konkurence analizirali konkurenčni vzorec. Analiza konkurenčnega brusnega orodja, ki smo jo opravili na elektronskem mikroskopu, nam je služila kot osnova za nadaljnji lasten razvoj. Pri razvoju hibridnega vezivnega sistema je bil narejen miselni preskok iz klasične smolne vezi (fenolne smole) v hibridno vez, ki ima neprimerno večjo obstojnost profila in reznost.

Secondary abstract: |
Specialist work treats the development of a new grinding tool and represent a modern design approach, which systematically and by steps describes each stageof development. Research has been development of superabrasive grinding tool in a hybrid bond, while the case shows the progress of new product development in the company SWATYCOMET. For product development, we used the project approach, which systematically and step by step intoduce each phase ofdevelopment. Since this is a totally new product for the company SWATYCOMET, we analyzed market and competitive model. Analysis of competitivegrinding tool, we conducted an electronic microscope served as a basis for further self-development. In the development of hybrid binder system has been made a conceptual leap from conventional resin bond (phenolic resins) in the hybrid bond, that has a much higher profile retention with a very high stock removal. |
