Abstract

Globalizacija poslovanja, »brisanje« meja med državami in vedno večja vloga interneta so pripeljali poslovanje podjetij sveta do točke, ko je svet postal en trg. Uspešna podjetja so se tega dejstva začela zavedati že dovolj zgodaj, zato so svoje poslovanje začela usmerjati v internacionalizirano poslovanje. Internacionalizacija pomeni, da podjetje posluje zunaj meja svoje države. Pri tem lahko izbira med različnimi oblikami vstopa na tuji trg (izvozne oblike, pogodbene oblike in hierarhične oblike vstopa). S širitvijo na tuje trge podjetja »osvajajo« globalni teritorij in tako večajo uspešnost podjetja. V magistrski nalogi smo proučevali proces internacionalizacije podjetij v Koroški regiji. Predmet proučevanja so bila mala in srednje velika podjetja z obliko d. o. o. in d. d. Cilj magistrske naloge je bil poiskati odgovor na raziskovalno vprašanje »Kako je potekal proces internacionalizacije MSP in kakšne so njegove značilnosti?«

Secondary abstract: The globalization of business, "delete" the border between the countries and the growing role of the Internet have led companies operate in the world to the point where the world has become a single market. Successful companies have started to realize this fact, soon enough, so they started their business focus in the internationalized business. Internationalisation means that a company doing business outside their national borders. For this you can choose between different forms of entry into a foreign market (export forms, contractual and hierarchical forms of entry). With the expansion into foreign markets business "conquering" global territory and thus increase performance. In the thesis we have studied the process of internationalization of companies in the region is. Subject in the study were small and medium-sized enterprises to form d. about. about. and d. d. The aim of the thesis was to answer the research question "How was the process of the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises and how are its features?"
