Abstract

Aktivnosti, kot so pridobivanje, izbiranje in uvajanje kadrov, so aktivnosti, s katerimi management človeških virov uravnava odnose organizacije z okoljem, predvsem s trgom delovne sile. Potreba po kadrih lahko nastopi iz različnih vzrokov, kot so sprostitev delovnega mesta, planiranje nove zaposlitve zaradi širitve dejavnosti, tehnološkega razvoja itd. Kakšne, katere, koliko in kje bo potreba po zaposlovanju novih ljudi, so vprašanja, ki si jih mora podjetje zastaviti, kadar ugotavlja potrebo po zaposlovanju novih kadrov, saj bodo kasneje vodili k doseganju zastavljenih ciljev v organizaciji. Glavna tema diplomske naloge je bila predstaviti sistem pridobivanja in izbiranja kadrov v podjetju. Predstavili smo tudi proces in faze kadrovanja ter navedli njihove cilje. Ker podjetje lahko izbira med zunanjim in notranjim kadrovanjem in se pogostokrat pojavlja vprašanje, katero metodo izbrati, smo se v diplomskem delu osredotočili predvsem na predstavitev zunanjega kadrovanja, ki ga podjetje MVA, d. o. o., uporablja. Analizirali smo delovna mesta zaradi določitve profila kadra, ki ga potrebujemo. Opravili smo analizo pridobivanja in izbiranja kadrov ter podrobneje opisali postopek pridobitve novega sodelavca.

Secondary abstract: Activities such as, acquisition, selection and deployment of personnel, are activities, which are used by human resources management to coordinate the organisations relations with the environment, especially with the labor market. The need for human resources can occur for various reasons, such as the release of a working post, planning of new employment due to expansion of activities, technological development, etc.. An organisation should define what kind and how many personnel will be required and where it will be required, when it is considering the employment of new personnel, which should eventually lead the organisation to achieving its goals. The main theme of this thesis was to present the system of acquisition and selection of personnel in the organisation. We also presented the process and stages of recruitment and stated their goals. As a company can choose between internal and external recruitment and often the question arises, which method to choose, the thesis is focused on the presentation of external recruitment, which is used by the company MVA, d.o.o.. We analyzed the workplaces in order to determine the profile of personnel needed. We conducted an analysis of acquisition and selection of personnel and described the process of obtaining a new employee in detail.
