Abstract

V okviru avtomatizacije beleženja podatkov s programom LabVIEW smo opisali izvedbo meritev, zajem signalov, pretvorbe izmerjenih signalov v fizikalne količine in njihovo beleženje v obliki, primerni za obdelavo z drugimi programi. Opisali smo tudi izvedbo potrebnih programov za zajemanje in beleženje podatkov, spremljanja trenutnega stanja sistemov, kot tudi kontrolne programe za nadzor delovanja zajemanja podatkov. Programe smo napisali v grafičnem programskem okolju LabVIEW z uporabo različnih programskih tehnik. Prikazali smo potek izvajanja kot tudi tok podatkov za vse programe in podprograme. S tem smo avtomatizirali ročno vodenje evidenc delovanja in dosegli hitro zaznavanje deviacij v delovanju opazovanih sistemov. Na podlagi teh podatkov je omogočeno načrtovanje vzdrževalnih aktivnosti.

Secondary abstract: In this work we described measuring and data acquisition methods, conversions into physical values and data logging into form to be easily analyzed by other programs. Realization of necessary programs, developed for data acquisition and data logging, program for monitoring current status of observed systems and program for controlling data acquisition program are described as well. Programs are written in LabVIEW graphic environment with different programming techniques used. Program and data flow of all programs and subroutines are presented. This means automation of hand made evidences and fast recognition of operation deviations on observed systems. Based on data, collected that way, planning the necessary maintenance activities can be done.
