Sekundarni povzetek: | The graduate thesis describes the operation principles of a miniature optical hygrometer based on a dew point detection. A miniature thermoelectric cooler (Peltier element) is used for cyclical cooling of the tip of an optical fiber to establish the dew point temperature, which allows calculation of the absolute or relative humidity at the sourrounding temperature . The theoretical background is given to understand the basic design and the construction of the mechanical and optical part of the sensor and furtheron the operation of the opto-electronic circuit. Moreover there will be a review of the results of the experimental data. |
