Povzetek

Nabavni oddelek kot sodobni koncept nabave v svoje delovanje vključuje elemente trženja, to pomeni, da opravlja raziskave trga, nenehno išče nove dobavitelje, nove vrste materialov, aktivno sodeluje z razvojno-raziskovalno dejavnostjo v podjetju in pri dobavitelju. Le gospodarna in učinkovita nabava lahko veliko pripomore k uspešnosti podjetja. Management zalog je pomembna funkcija v podjetju, ki omogoča nemoteno preskrbo proizvodnje s potrebnimi in primernimi surovinami, zahtevane kakovosti, ob pravem času in obenem skrbi za čim nižje stroške. Načrtovanje potreb po materialu obsega takšno zalogo, da proizvodnja podjetja poteka nemoteno, istočasno pa da so stroški skladiščenja minimalni. Optimalne zaloge bomo dosegli takrat, kadar bodo ob maksimalni zanesljivosti poslovanja stroški minimalni. Kontrola zalog in vodenje zalog sta dva oddelka v procesu managementa zalog, zato morata delovati zelo povezano. Podjetje Nafta Strojna d.o.o. je podjetje z dolgoletno tradicijo in širokim spektrom poslovanja. Predstavili smo podjetje ter njegov trenutni sistem obvladovanja zalog in predloge izboljšav, ki bi jih bilo smiselno uvesti na tem področju. Podjetje nenehno vlaga v lasten razvoj, za ohranjanje in izboljševanje konkurenčne prednosti na trgu. Kot smo opisali v diplomskem seminarju lahko podjetja, na podlagi učinkovitega poslovnega modela, v oskrbovalno verigo uvedejo elektronsko poslovanje, ki zmanjša stroške, dvigne kvaliteto poslovanja in poveča uspešnost in učinkovitost poslovanja celotne oskrbovalne verige. Podjetje posluje za velike investicije ter postavlja zahteve za kakovost vhodnih materialov, sistematično izbiro in ocenjuje dobavitelje od katerih išče zanesljivost dobav. Vodstvo podjetja se zaveda pomena izvajanja učinkovite in racionalne nabavne funkcije in njenega vpliva na uspešnost poslovanja podjetja, zato mu posveča veliko pozornost.

Sekundarni povzetek: As a modern concept of the purchase process, the purchase department also includes elements of marketing. This means that it performs different market researches, constnatly looks for new suppliers, new types of material, and it actively cooperates with the development and research activities of the undertaking and the supplier. Only an economical and effective purchase can contribute to the success of the undertaking. The stock management is a very important function in the undertaking which enables an undisturbed and punctual supply of the production with all necessary and suitable materials, guarantees the required quality, and mantains the costs as low as possible. The planning of material supplies includes a stock wich is needed for an undisturbed production and at the same time maintains the cost of stocking on a minimal level. The optimal stock quantity is the one with the highest operation reliability and minimal costs. The control of stocks and its management are two departments in the process of stock management that must cooperate in the best way possible. The undertaking Nafta Strojna d.o.o. is an undertaking with a long tradition and a wide range of operating. We have presented the undertaking and its current system of stock management as well as some proposals which should or could be introduced in this particular area. The undertaking constantly invests in its development in order to preserve or improve its competition advantage on the market. As described in the present thesis, according to an effective business model, the companies can introduce electronic commerce in its supplying process. This lowers the costs, improves the operation quality and the effectiveness of the whole supplying chain. The undertaking is involved in large investments and it sets the criteria for the quality of entry materials, systematical choice and assesses the suppliers from which it seeks the reliability of supplies. The administration of the undertaking is aware of the importance of effective and rational supply function and its effect on the operation of the undertaking. Therefore, it devotes a lot of its attention to it.
