Povzetek
V diplomski nalogi smo želeli predstaviti in analizirati problematiko nasilja na delovnem mestu, ki ga najpogosteje imenujemo mobing. To je pojav čustvenega nasilja na delovnem mestu, kjer posameznik ali skupina z negativnim vplivom na drugega posameznika sproži reakcijo, ki ima posledice za njegovo zdravje. To pa vodi k odsotnosti z dela in manjši učinkovitosti.
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili mobing, kaj pomeni, njegove vzroke in oblike, faze, posledice. Navedli smo tudi preventivne ukrepe, s katerimi lahko v veliki meri preprečimo in obvladujemo nastanek mobinga. Naštete so tudi zakonske podlage za obrambo pred mobingom v Evropski Uniji in Sloveniji.
Ključni dejavniki mobinga so so stres pri delu, načini vodenja ter slabo vzdušje med zaposlenimi in vodstvom.
Žrtev mobinga je lahko vsak, ki je v delovnem razmerju. Žrtve so lahko deležne različnih oblik napadalnega vedenja s strani napadalca. Najbolj pogoste so prenehanje komunikacije, širjenje govoric, seganje v besedo, splošno ignoriranje. Reakcije, ki jih žrtve mobinga kažejo, pa so motnje spanja, preutrujenost, povišan krvni pritisk, razdražljivost.
V sklepnem delu pa smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika raziskali pojav mobinga v podjetju X. Naš namen je bil ugotoviti prisotnost mobinga in nivo poznavanja ter zavedanja omenjene problematike v podjetju X. Ugotovitve so pokazale, da je relativno nizek odstotek anketiranih izkusil vlogo žrtve in opazovalca.

In my diploma work, I wish to introduce and analyze the problem of violence in the workplace, often referred to as mobbing. This is a phenomenon of emotional violence in the workplace, where a person or a group of people negatively influences an individual, which causes a reaction that affects the person's health. In consequence, this causes the individual's absence from the workplace and with it diminished effectiveness of work.
In my diploma work, I will introduce mobbing, what the term itself means, its causes and forms, different phases of mobbing and its consequences. I will also state the preventive measurements, with which we can largely prevent and control the commencement of mobbing. The paper also describes legal instruments for defending against workplace bullying in the EU and Slovenia.
The key factors related to mobbing are stress at work, management style and improper employee-management atmosphere.
Victim of mobbing can be everybody in contractual employment relationship. They get different types of aggressive behavior from attacker. The common ones are stopping communication, spreading of rumours, jumping in your words, general disregard. Reactions, that the victims of mobbing are showing, are disturbances of sleep, tiredness, increased blood pressure, they are irritated.
In the final part of the diploma work I will explore, by the help of a questionnaire, the occurrence of mobbing in the X company. Our intent was to find the presence of mobbing and the level of awarness of the said problem in the X company. The findings show that a relatively low percentage of respondents has been victim of or a witness to mobbing. |
