Povzetek

Diplomska naloga temelji na praktičnem primeru konstruiranja orodja za tlačno litje aluminija. Uvod sestoji iz teoretičnih osnov. Na kratko so tudi predstavljeni sestavni deli orodja za tlačno litje. V nadaljevanju sledi opis problemov, ter poškodb odlitkov in orodja. Zaključni del je posvečen praktičnemu delu, torej konstrukciji orodja za tlačno litje aluminija pokrova sklopke motorja. Zajete so vse faze konstruiranja, vse od načrtovanja do izdelave tehniške dokumentacije. Omenjena je tudi uporaba standardnih delov.

Sekundarni povzetek: This thesis is based on a practical example of fabrication of a tool for pressure pouring of aluminium. Introduction consists of theoretical basics. Also the components of the tool for pressure pouring are described there. Next is a description of problems and errors of the cast and the tool. The final part is dedicated to practical work, meaning fabrication of a tool for pressure pouring of aluminium which will be used to create a cover for a clutch of a motor. All fazes of fabrication will be included, all the way from planning to production of the technical documentation. Use of standard parts will be mentioned.
