(diplomsko delo)
Večina pacientov (80 %) najbolj zaupa oskrbo rane PMS.
Sklep: Popolno opolnomočenje pacientov glede rane brez pomoči PMS ni možno, saj so pacienti s kronično rano čedalje starejši in šibki. Zato oskrbo rane velikokrat prepustijo PMS in so z njeno oskrbo rane zadovoljni.

Care of chronic wound in community nursing care in north – eastern part of Slovenia |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Theoretical framework: Community nursing often face chronic wounds in their work. A chronic wound differs from a regular one in longer healing up to two weeks.
Methodology: The purpose of the diploma work is to present chronic wounds and their specialties regarding their care on the field as a community nursing, to determine with research patient's empowerment regarding their wound care and whom they trust with care of the wound.
Results: We used descriptive method and the survey questionnaire. The survey contained 27 questions, the study involved 50 patients with chronic wounds in northeastern Slovenia.
Discussion: The results showed that the empowerment of patients with wound care is very small, only 8% of the wounds are supplied by themselves. Therefore, the interest in supplying the wound by themselves is only 18%. However, results have been shown in terms of trust in care. Most patients (80%) trust the most to community nursing.
Conclusion: Full empowerment of patients with a wound without the help of community nursing is not possible, as patients with chronic wounds are increasingly elder and weak. For that reason, patients accept their help and are satisfied with their work. |
