Povzetek
Predmet proučevanja pričujočega magistrskega dela je preobremenjenost vzgojiteljic, zato smo v teoretičnem delu najprej poskusili osvetliti naloge institucije, v kateri so vzgojiteljice zaposlene – torej naloge vrtca. Nato smo predstavili vloge, v katerih se v današnjem času pojavlja vzgojiteljica, kakšna so pričakovanja do nje ter s katerimi problemi se srečuje. Predstavili smo tudi pojem preobremenjenosti, poiskali vzroke zanjo in možnosti njenega zmanjševanja.
V empiričnem delu smo preverjali, ali se vzgojiteljice počutijo preobremenjene, kateri dejavniki jih obremenjujejo in kako vrtec pripomore k zmanjševanju preobremenjenosti zaposlenih. Pri tem nas je zanimalo, ali na preobremenjenost vpliva starost vzgojiteljic, delovna doba v vrtcu, število otrok v skupini in število otrok s posebnimi potrebami, vključenih v oddelek. Raziskavo smo izvedli med majem in septembrom 2017, podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo spletne ankete in fokusne skupine. Pri spletni anketi je bilo v raziskavo vključenih 332 pomočnic in vzgojiteljic predšolskih otrok. Pri fokusni skupini pa so sodelovale 4 vzgojiteljice predšolskih otrok.
Ugotovitve, zbrane v okviru raziskave, bodo pripomogle k osvetlitvi aktualnega problema v vrtcih – preobremenjenost vzgojiteljic.

The object of this master`s thesis is the overburdening of preschool teachers. In theoretical part, we tried to highlight the tasks of the institution, where preschool teachers are employed at – in kindergarten. Furthermore, we presented the roles of preschool teachers, characteristics expected of preschool teachers and problems that they are confronted with. We also deconstructed the term of »overburdening«, identified the causes of overburdening and possibilities to avoid overburdening of preschool teachers.
In the empirical part it was examined, if preschool teachers feel overburdened, which factors are the reason for their feeling of overburdening and how kindergartens aid in avoidance of overburdening of preschool teachers. We were interested ad hoc, if age, employment period, number of children in class and number of children with special needs have an influence on overburdening of preschool teachers. The research was carried out between May and September 2017; data were gathered by a web survey and focus group. In web survey was included 332 preschool teachers and their assistants. In focus group were included 4 preschool teachers.
Findings gathered by the research will help to highlight the current problem in kindergartens – overburdening of preschool teachers. |
