Sekundarni povzetek: | In this masters degree thesis it was dealt with the clamping of the thin-walled workpiece. Proper clamping of workpiece is a challenging task. First with matrix equilibrium analysis calculation of clamping force were made. The optimum clamping system is divided into two sets. With this calculation, supporting forces and necessary clamping forces for the workpiece was received. Using the development tool Matlab, calculations of matrix equations were made. The graphical display of clamping and support forces is made by using a graphical interface. In the second part the algorithm to the development tool LabVIEW was transferred. With this model we are able to predict optimum position of clamping and supporting elements. A program which can be used in separate segments was made. |
