Sekundarni povzetek: | The need for qualitative living and economical cost of heating is with regard to rising prices of energy sources every day bigger. The aim of energetic improvement of our homes is to achieve healthy and pleasant stay within those buildings. The purpose of this graduation paper was to detect possible problems of efficient energy use and to detect possible problems of wellbeing in housing environment using the method of thorough house checking. Iʼve done measurements and calculations of physical and construction parameters of chosen building parts. Using U-wert web program I have checked the energy efficiency of proposed new construction parts of those buildings. I compared the measured and calculated numbers with law requirements and recommendations. I have chosen the proper thickness and type of thermal isolation and I have defined measures for efficient energy improvement of the building. On that basis I have chosen two different sub-types of chosen thermal isolation with aim of achieving most efficient price-quality energy use improvement of the building. With comparison of measured values of instantaneous building envelope and simulations of values of the proposed new building envelope I have calculated the energetic and financial saving with the instantaneous type of heating. |
