Sekundarni povzetek:	Information Communication Technology is extremely present nowadays and without it, the world would stop and become useless. Internet has a great influence on what is going on in the society. It brings a lot of advantages, since it is fast and globally accessible, but it also brings many disadvantages, because the individual’s privacy in the information society is threatened. With the appearance of social networks, the internet has become the treasury of individuals’ personal data, which the providers of such services manage with, who use personal data for a different intention that were originally gained. The legislation had to be arranged on this field, which would protect individuals from unauthorized access and protect their privacy. In the beginning of the year 2012, Google has announced a big change in their privacy politics, which it interferes a lot with individual’s privacy.
