Povzetek

V diplomski nalogi obravnavam energetsko stanje občinske stavbe v Cerknici. Stavba se nahaja v središču Cerknice, v njej pa je sedež Občine Cerknica, ki je tudi lastnik nepremičnine. Stavba je uvrščena med zaščitene stavbe, kar pomeni, da po energetskem zakoniku spada med izjeme. Ker gre za javno stavbo, katere naj bi bile vzor ostalim, so odgovorni na občini naročili izdelavo merjene energetske izkaznice, zato v začetnem delu diplomske naloge obravnavam Energetski zakonik, v skladu s katerim je bila izdelana energetska izkaznica. V nadaljevanju obravnavam obstoječe stanje stavbe in podatke, potrebne za izračun energetske bilance. Za izračun s programom Energija 2014 uporabim računsko metodo. Ta metoda temelji na Pravilniku o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah. Sledi komentar rezultatov in primerjava dobljenih rezultatov z že izdelano merjeno energetsko izkaznico ter iskanje vzrokov za razlike med njima. V zaključku predlagam dve energetski sanaciji stavbe. Ta sicer ni potrebna, vendar se poizkušam približati vrednostim, ki jih podaja PURES 2010.

Sekundarni povzetek: In my graduation thesis I deal with energy condition of Cerknica municipal building. The building is located in the centre of Cerknica and in it is the headquaters of Cerknica municipality which is also the owner of the building. The building is classified as heritage protected building, which means that according to the Energy Code it is one of the exceptions. Because it is a public building and public buildings should be an example to others, mayor of the municipality ordered the production of a measured Energy Certificate. That is why I in the beginning of my graduation thesis deal with Energy Code, in compliance with it an Energy Certificate was created. After that, I deal with the existing energy condition of building and the data, which was necessary for calculating energy balance. For the calculation with program Energija 2014 I use calculation method. This metod is based on the %Pravilnik o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah%. The following is a commentary of results and a comparison of the results obtained with already existed energy certificate and searching the causes for differences between them. In conclusion I propose two energy renovation of the building. Renovation is not necessary, but I try to get closer to the values provided by PURES 2010.
