Povzetek

Magistrsko delo z naslovom Gospostvi Blagovna (z Rifnikom) in Žiče v terezijanski dobi tematsko predstavlja razvojno pot dveh zemljiških gospostev, ki sta posestno vključevali tudi prostor širše okolice mojega domačega kraja. Osrednji del magistrskega dela je raziskava gradiva uradnega popisa prebivalstva iz leta 1754, ki je bil izveden v zvezi z davčno reformo vladarice Marije Terezije. Ta del vsebuje transkripcijo in obdelavo dveh popisov: prvi popis zajema gospostvo Blagovna z vključenim nekdanjim gospostvom Rifnik, drugi pa gospostvo Žiče. Popis ne predstavlja štetja prebivalstva v današnjem pomenu besede, temveč je to imenski seznam hišnih gospodarjev in njihovih statusov. V gospostvu Blagovna najdemo predvsem kajžarje, katerim je glavni vir preživetja predstavljalo najemno ročno delo, in četrtinske kmete. V popisu gospostva Žiče pa po številu izstopajo polovični kmetje in vinogradniški kajžarji. Iz popisov je razvidno, koliko podložnih družin, in v katerih krajih, je sredi 18. stoletja živelo v okviru gospostev Blagovna in Žiče, ter socialna struktura obeh gospostev.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The Master's Thesis with the title The Ground Estates of Blagovna (incl. Rifnik) and Žiče during the Rule of Maria Theresia introduces the developmental path of two ground estates that also included the area of the wider vicinity of my home town. The central part of the thesis is the research of materials which contain the official census survey from 1754, which was conducted in regard with the tax reform of the ruler Maria Theresia. This part contains a transcription and processing of two surveys: the first survey includes the estate of Blagovna, including the former ground estate Rifnik, and the other the estate of Žiče. The census survey does not represent the counting of population in the modern-day sense of the term, but rather includes a name list of house masters and their statuses. In the estate of Blagovna, mainly the non - peasants people "kajžarji", whose main source of income was to be hired as manual labour, and quarter peasants could be found. In the survey of the estate of Žiče the ones that stand out by numbers are the half peasants and the viticultural "kajžarji". It is evident from the surveys how many families, their living - places could be found in the middle of the 18th century in the area of the estates of Blagovna and Žiče, and what the social structure of both estates is.
