(diplomsko delo)
Metoda: Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela.

Health promotion in the workplace |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Baseline: Health is one of the fundamental pillars for a good life for each individual who interacts with society. It is of vital importance to make sure that the health of employees is being taken care of and that we keep improving it, since it is one of the best ways to increase their productivity, their motivation at work and creativity. Health promotion in the workplace is a programme and also a business policy of a company, where health and wellbeing of employees is of utmost importance and unified mutual benefit from the employee and the employer.
Method: We used the descriptive method of work. For our research work, we used the qualitative methodology. As a helping tool for our research, we used a prepared questionnaire.
Results: In our research, we limited ourselves to the company X d.o.o. in which we carried out the research. Based on the results of the gathered information, we found out that the employees in the company care poorly for their health in the workplace and outside of the company walls. They do not do exercises for overuse syndrome prevention and they are not doing their stretching exercises in the workplace. Guidelines and base of actions for urgent measures in health promotion in the workplace come from the fact that many of the employees believe that not enough is done for their health from their employer.
Discussion: Our goal is better awareness with the health promotion in the workplace programme in companies and other institutions because the programme improves the health of employees. With that, we improve the quality of life, productivity, motivation and success of employees. A huge impact on carrying out the workshops for health promotion in the workplace have the leaders in companies but also the employees themselves. |
