Povzetek
V velikih podjetjih so vodje prevzeli določene kadrovske naloge, ki jih opravljajo pri svojem delu, zato je skladnost kadrovskega managementa s kadrovsko funkcijo pri opravljanju le-teh še kako pomembna. Strateška kadrovska funkcija služi kot osnova za preverbo skladnosti operativnih nalog s strateškimi usmeritvami, ki jih vodje izvajajo v podjetju. Kadrovski management se je skozi leta spreminjal in skladno s tem prevzel drugačno vlogo pri njegovem delovanju. Slediti mora novim trendom na trgu dela, tehnologiji, hitrim gospodarskim spremembam ter novi generaciji. V empiričnem delu smo na podlagi mednarodnega farmacevtskega podjetja raziskali odziv in vlogo vodij pri identifikaciji kadrovskih nalog, ki jih uvrščamo na operativno stopnjo. Glavni problem, ki smo ga preučevali, je soočenje vodij s kadrovsko funkcijo v podjetju. Zanimal nas je odnos vodij do kadrovskega managementa, opravljanje kadrovske funkcije, sodelovanje vodij s kadrovsko službo, uspešnost delovanja v sklopu kadrovskega managementa in pogostost opravljanja kadrovskih nalog. Skozi teoretične okvirje o kadrovskem managementu in kadrovski funkciji ter izvedbo raziskave smo v zaključku predlagali rešitev, ki bi vodjam omogočala učinkovito delo pri izvajanju kadrovske funkcije. V podjetju predlagamo implementacijo enotnega sistema, ki bi združila dosedanje sisteme in aplikacije v celoto. Za izboljšanje skladnosti kadrovskega managementa s kadrovsko funkcijo pa smo kot rešitev navedli dodatna izobraževanja oz. delavnice za vodje, ki jim bodo v dodatno pomoč pri opravljanju kadrovske funkcije.

In large companies, managers have taken on certain personnel tasks, which they perform within their work span, therefore the compliance of HR management with the HR function is important in their performance. Strategic personnel function serves as a basis for checking the compliance of operational tasks with the strategic orientations that managers carry out in the company. Personnel management has changed over the years and accordingly has taken over a different role in its operation. It must follow the new trends in the labor market, technology, rapid economic change and the new generation. In the empirical part, based on an international pharmaceutical company, we investigated the response and the role of leaders in the identification of personnel tasks that are classified into the operational level. The main problem that we have been studying is the confrontation of managers with the HR function in the company. We were interested in the attitude of managers to human resources management, the performance of personnel functions, the involvement of managers with the human resources department, the performance of personnel management, and the frequency of executing personnel tasks. Through the theoretical frameworks on HR management and HR function and the implementation of the research, we proposed in conclusion a solution that would enable managers to work effectively in the implementation of the HR function. In the company, we propose the implementation of a single system that would combine the existing systems and applications into a whole. In order to improve the consistency of HR management with the HR function, we have listed, as additional improvements, additional training or workshops and individual assessment methods for managers, which will be in their assistance in the performance of HR function and employee management. |
