Povzetek
Poslovni načrt predstavlja osnovo za poslovanje podjetja. S poslovnim načrtom razvijemo temeljne namene in cilje, določimo strategije in taktike doseganja ciljev, ugotovimo ali je ideja izvedljiva in analiziramo trg. Poslovno načrtovanje je priprava za uresničevanje prepoznane poslovne priložnosti. Potrebno je vključiti inovativnost, obvladovanje tveganj, negotovost.
V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pojme podjetništvo, podjetnik in podjetniški proces. Pregledali smo katere lastnosti mora imeti podjetnik, če želi biti uspešen. Predstavili smo kaj sploh je poslovno načrtovanje nato pa podrobno opisali poslovni načrt. Dotaknili smo se tudi kaj vse mora poslovni načrt vsebovat in kaj so njegove bistvene sestavine. Opisali smo kakšne so prednosti, če podjetje izdela poslovni načrt za podjetje.
Raziskava je potekala v partnerjevem podjetju Agrar servis,, popravila kmetijske mehanizacije Matej Pečar s. p. (v nadaljevanju: Agrar servis). V tem delu smo z intervjuji lastnika in treh strank ugotavljali kakšno je zadovoljstvo, prepoznavnost podjetja, povpraševanje, pričakovanje in odzivnost po storitvah s strani podjetja in s strani strank po mnenju intervjuvancev. Z analizo njihovih odgovorov smo odgovorili na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Zanimali so nas razlogi za ustanovitev podjetja, njegovo trenutno stanje na trgu in načrti za prihodnost.
Ugotovili smo da je mlado podjetje dobro situirano na trgu. Prepoznavnosti in povpraševanje sta glede na to, da je podjetje novo kar visoka. Potrdili smo tudi dejstvo da je usklajevanje med podjetjem in družinskim življenjem zelo težko in velikokrat naporno. Moramo se zavedati, da podjetje, ki je ravno pričelo s poslovanjem se težje prebija na trgu, kot podjetja, ki so že dolgo ustanovljena.
Odgovori intervjuvancev so pokazali, da so vsi zadovoljni s storitvami in da bodo v prihodnje s podjetjem Agrar servis sodelovali. Še posebej so poudarili, da ima podjetje ustrezno znanje, hiter odziv, je zanesljivo in odgovorno. Intervjuvanci menijo, da podjetje Agrar servis zaenkrat zadovoljuje njihove potrebe in, da si tudi v prihodnje želijo sodelovati s podjetjem Agrar servis.
Podjetje daje velik poudarek na kvalitetno opravljene storitve, trudi se za svoj ugled in prepoznavnost. Njihova skrb za konkurenčnost je stalna, kar potrjuje konstantno dodajanje novih pripomočkov in spodbujanje kreativnega in inovativnega razmišljanja. Ugotovili smo, da so za uspeh mladega podjetja izrednega pomena lastnosti podjetnika. Lastnik podjetja pravi, da ga veliko naučijo izkušnje s strankami in novi izzivi.

The business plan is base for the company performance. With business plan we developed a basic strategy, goals, strategy for dosing and found that the idea was implemented and analysed market. Business planning is necessary for the realization of business opportunity. Innovation, risk management, uncertainty is necessary to be included.
In the theoretical part, we introduced the conceptual entrepreneurship, an entrepreneur and the entrepreneurial process. We looked at what an entrepreneur needs to be successful. We presented what business planning was and then detailed the business plan. We have also touched on everything that a business plan should include and what are essential components. We described what are advantages if company made a business plan.
The research was run in the partner company Agrar servis, repair of agricultural machinery Matej Pečar s.p. (Below: Agrar Servis). In this part we interviewed the owners and three participants to see how satisfaction they are, recognition of the company, demand, expectations, responsiveness. With the analysis from their replies we answered to the research questions. We were asked for the reasons for establishment the company, the current market situation and plans for the future.
We found that the young company was well-positioned in the market. Demand and recognition are high. We also confirmed that is hard to coordinate between the company and family life. We should know that this is a company, which is new, and it is harder to run on the market as a company which are longer on the market.
Interviewer’s responses showed that everyone was satisfied with the services and in the future, they will be stay with Agrar servis. They are also emphasized that the company has knowledge, is quickly responsible and reliable. Interviewees means that Agrar servis for now providing their needs its needs and they want to cooperate with Agrar servis in the future.
The company gives a big accent on quality services, they are working hard for reputation and recognisability. Their concern for competitiveness is constant, which confirms with constant addition of new accessories and providing creative and innovative thinking. We have found that qualities of an entrepreneur are necessary for young entrepreneur success. The business owner says they have a lot of customer experience in the new challenges. |
