Sekundarni naslov: | Influence of temperature on the isolation of industrial hemp components |
Sekundarni povzetek: | The diploma thesis determines the influence of heat treatment of the plant before extraction and heat treatment of the extract on the conversion of cannabidiolic acid - CBDA into cannabidiol - CBD. The purpose was to determine which of the two methods of work lead to a higher quality product or a higher share of CBD. As part of the diploma work, we used the method of ultrasonic extraction using the solvent isopropanol. The extract was obtained from ground dried industrial hemp. The decarboxylation temperature of cannabidiolic acid was at 130 ° C. The resulting product in the form of hemp extract was analyzed by HPLC-MS. The results of the analyzes show that the decarboxylation process is more suitable as the final process of preparation of hemp extract. Heating the extract results in a 16-fold increase in CBDA to CBD conversion and thus a 12 % higher final CBD concentration. The research proved that the decarboxylation process is more suitable as the final process of preparation of hemp extract, thus getting a higher quality product. |
