Povzetek

Vsako podjetje, ki želi predstavljati konkurenco na trgu in obdržati svojo poslovno pozicijo, mora vlagati v kakovostno poslovanje – ali je to kakovost storitev, izdelkov, procesov znotraj podjetja ali pa sam način poslovanja. Iz tega izhaja cilj, h kateremu bi morala stremeti vsa podjetja: proizvajati kakovostne izdelke ali storitve, s katerimi je omogočeno maksimalno izpolnjevanje želja, potreb ter zahtev svojih strank. Malo podjetje iz Savinjske regije, ki se ukvarja z butično proizvodnjo, je zelo prepoznavno na svojem področju poslovanja. Zaradi želje po dolgoročni konkurenčnosti venomer iščejo možnosti inovacij in izboljšav. Ena izmed teh je vsekakor tudi procesni pristop, ki omogoča boljši nadzor nad procesi in njihovo optimizacijo. Vendar jim zaradi manjšega števila zaposlenih in velikega povpraševanja na trgu do sedaj ni uspelo uvesti procesnega pristopa. Zato bomo izvedli posnetek stanja, s katerim bomo pridobili obstoječi procesni pristop v podjetju, na podlagi katerega bomo izvedli kritično analizo. V namene izboljšanja poslovanja in konkurenčnosti bomo pregledali morebiti pridobljene certifikate kakovosti s strani podjetja in jim predlagali pridobitev še drugih ustreznih. Na podlagi vseh ugotovitev bomo tako podali predlog rešitve problema, ki predstavlja izboljšan procesni pristop na podlagi standarda ISO 9001:2015.

Sekundarni povzetek: Any company that wants to be competitive in the market and maintain its business position must invest in business quality - whether it is the quality of services, products, processes within the company or the way of doing business. Hence the goal that all companies should strive for: to produce quality products or services, which enable the maximum fulfillment of the wishes, needs and requirements of their customers. A small company from the Savinjska region, which is engaged in boutique production, is universally recognized in its field of business. Due to the desire for long-term competitiveness, they are constantly looking for opportunities for innovation and improvement. One of these is the process approach, which allows better control of processes and also their optimization. However, due to their small number of employees and high market demand, they have failed to introduce a process approach so far. Therefore, we will perform a snapshot to obtain the existing process approach in the company, based on which we will carry out a critical analysis. For the purpose of improving business and competitiveness, we will review any previously acquired quality certificates of the company, on the basis of which we will be able to suggest which ones of the remaining certificates are relevant to obtain. Based on all the findings, we will make a proposal for a solution to the problem, which represents an improved process approach based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
