Sekundarni naslov: | Optimal fine machining parameters of die-sinking EDM |
Sekundarni povzetek: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the influence on the machining parameters during fine machining on the tool relative wear and the roughness of the workpiece surfaces after machining. The biggest challenge is the choice of method for evaluating the impact on machining parameters and accurate measurement of relative wear. Using the experimental design method, we evaluated the influence of an individual machining parameter, the interaction between them and their combined influence. Relative wear was measured by weighing the tool and workpiece before and after machining. Working current strength proves to be the most important parameter in die-sink EDM process. Higher working current strength uses a higher material ratio and a rougher surface. Shorter time pulses lead to greater relative wear, but create a smoother surface on the workpiece. |
