Povzetek

Standardizacija popisov del v gradbeništvu predstavlja zelo pomemben proces, saj mora upoštevati vse standarde in tehnologije, predvsem pri opredelitvi materialov in kakovosti končnega izdelka. Dandanes je zelo pomembno izdelati kakovosten in natančen popis del, da bi se izognili nesporazumom. Največji problem predstavljajo popisi del, ki niso standardizirani, saj niso enotni in medsebojno primerljivi. V Sloveniji obstajajo standardizirani opisi del oziroma standardne postavke zgolj za področje cestogradnje, za visokogradnje pa jih ni. Krovska dela so zelo kompleksna in specifična, saj se prepletajo s kleparskimi in tesarskimi deli. Vsak izdelovalec popisov del ima različne postavke za podobno delo. Tondach ima popis del za svoje izdelke, s katerim si lahko samo pomagamo. V pomoč nam je lahko tudi cenik Obrtne zbornice Slovenije.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The standardization of inventories of works in construction is a very important process, as it must take into account all standards and technologies, especially in the definition of materials and quality of the final product. Nowadays, it is very important to make a quality and accurate inventory of works in order to avoid misunderstandings. The biggest problem is the inventories of works that are not standardized, as they are not uniform and mutually comparable. In Slovenia, there are standardized job descriptions or standard items only for the field of road construction, but not for building construction. Roofing works are very complex and specific, as they are intertwined with plumbing and carpentry work. Each inventory maker has different items for similar work. Tondach has a list of works for its products that we can only help ourselves with. The price list of the Chamber of Crafts of Slovenia can also help us.
