Najpogostejši simptomi so: vročina, kašelj in bolečina v mišicah.
V zaključnem delu smo uporabili sistematičen pregled znanstvene in strokovne literature z analizo in sintezo. Literaturo smo iskali v podatkovnih bazah CINAHL, PubMed in Web of Science na podlagi raziskovalnega vprašanja.
Najpogostejše težave so bile strah, stres, zaskrbljenost, nespečnost, tesnoba in depresija.

The impact of COVID-19 pandemic on mental health of pregnant women |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Coronavirus disease is an infectious disease that first appears in December 2019. The most common symptoms are: fever, cough and muscle pain. In March 2020, the disease was defined by the WHO as a global pandemic due to its rapid spread. The COVID-19 pandemic is a special stressor that adversely affects the mental health of pregnant women. The purpose of the final work was to systematically review, analyze and synthesize the literature and to investigate how the COVID-19 pandemic affects the mental health of pregnant women.
We performed a systematic review of scientific and professional literature with analysis and synthesis. We searched the literature in the CINAHL, PubMed and Web of Science databases based on the research question. The identified studies were evaluated using the JBI evaluation tool. Thematic analysis was used to synthesize selected studies.
We included 12 studies in the analysis. Data vary by country, but overall, the results show that the COVID-19 pandemic had a negative impact on the mental health of pregnant women. Most pregnant women experienced depression, anxiety, fear, stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.
Research has shown a high increase in mental and psychological problems in pregnant women. The most common problems were fear, stress, anxiety, insomnia, anxiety and depression. In order to avoid these problems, it is essential to deal more closely with the mental health of pregnant women in times of crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Social support is also an important protective factor in preventing pregnant women's mental health problems. |
