diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Povzetek
V diplomski nalogi smo želeli predstaviti vse večji problem vsake delovne organizacije: zadovoljen, visoko motiviran, vdan kader. Vse to je zelo pomembno za dolgoročno vizijo in konkurenčnost podjetja. Kader, ki čuti pripadnost oziroma se istoveti z organizacijo, je danes težko najti. Naloga organizacije je, da poskuša čim bolje spoznati svoje zaposlene in njihove potrebe. Zadovoljen delavec ne izostaja od dela in ne razmišlja o odhodu iz organizacije. To je eden od načinov boja kako zmanjšati absentizem in fluktuacijo, s katerim se vse pogosteje srečujejo delovne organizacije.
Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov teoretičnega in empiričnega dela.
V prvem delu smo uporabili razno strokovno literaturo o kadrovski funkciji in politiki, absentizmu in fluktuaciji.
V drugem delu smo najprej predstavili Center za usposabljanje, delo in varstvo Dobrna, potem pa smo primerjali podatke za leto 2008, 2009 in 2010 pridobljene v kadrovski in računovodski službi. S primerjavo teh podatkov smo skušali ugotoviti stopnjo odsotnosti z dela in stopnjo odhodov iz organizacije.

In this diploma thesis we presented a growing problem of every organization – maintaining a satisfied, highly motivated and devoted staff. All of the above mentioned are crucial for long-term vision and competition within a company. It has become increasingly difficult to find staff who identifies themselves as part of the organization. The organization's goals are to understand its staff and their needs. A satisfied worker is not absent from work and does not consider leaving the organization. This is a one of several ways how absenteeism and fluctuation, problems which plague modern organizations, can be reduced.
The diploma thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical and empirical part.
We used technical literature regarding personnel functions, politics, absenteeism and fluctuation for the first part.
In the second part we first presented the Training, Occupation and Care Centre Dobrna. We then compared the data for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 which was obtained from the personnel service and accounting department. By means of analyzing this data we tried to determine the rate of absence from work as well as the rate of departures from the organization. |
