Povzetek

Zaposleni v organizaciji predstavljajo ključno orodje doseganja ciljev organizacije in njene poslovne uspešnosti, zato je učinkovitost zaposlenih med pomembnejšimi kadrovskimi komponentami vsake organizacije. Namen zaključnega dela je bil predstaviti in opredeliti učinkovitost zaposlenih v šolstvu, pojasniti načine timskega dela v šolstvu in raziskati vpliv timskega dela na učinkovitost zaposlenih v šolstvu. V teoretičnem delu zaključnega dela smo uporabili deskriptivne metode, s katerimi smo pojasnili in predstavili teoretične koncepte in obstoječe prakse na področju upravljanja učinkovitosti zaposlenih, timskega dela zaposlenih ter dela zaposlenih v šolah. V empiričnem delu pa smo s pomočjo ankete izvedli raziskavo med zaposlenimi treh slovenskih osnovnih šol v dolenjski regiji. Z analizo rezultatov smo ugotovili, da je timsko delo v osnovnih šolah razvito, najbolj razširjena oblika je učiteljski zbor, za njim strokovni aktiv ter oddelčni učiteljski zbor, najmanj pogosta oblika pa je programski učiteljski zbor. Raziskali smo povezavo med obsegom timskega dela in delovno uspešnostjo v dveh šolskih letih, vendar nismo potrdili povezanosti med večjim obsegom timskega dela z boljšimi rezultati delovne uspešnosti. Prav tako smo preverili, ali obstaja povezava med večjim obsegom timskega dela in višjimi samoocenami sodelovanja ter interdisciplinarnosti. V tem primeru nismo potrdili povezanosti. Kljub temu rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so oblike timskega dela v osnovnih šolah pomembne za podporo pri delu ter pri strokovnem razvoju zaposlenih. Glede na rezultate analize bi v osnovnih šolah priporočili več ur mesečno za posamezne oblike timskega dela, vključenost vseh zaposlenih v timsko delo in več oblik timskega dela.

Sekundarni povzetek: Employees in an organization represent a key tool for achieving the organization's goals and its business success, so employee efficiency is one of the most important personnel components of any organization. The purpose of the final work was to present and define the effectiveness of employees in education, to explain the methods of teamwork in education and to investigate the impact of teamwork on the effectiveness of employees in education. In the theoretical part of the final work, we used descriptive methods, with which we explained and presented theoretical concepts and existing practices in the field of employee efficiency management, employee teamwork, and the work of employees in schools. In the empirical part, we carried out research with the help of a survey among the employees of three Slovenian elementary schools in the Dolenjska region. Analyzing the results, we found that teamwork is developed in primary schools, the most widespread form is the teacher's council, followed by the professional active and departmental teacher's council, while the least common form is the program teacher's council. We investigated the connection between the scope of teamwork and work performance in two school years, but we did not confirm the connection between a greater scope of teamwork and better results of work performance. We also checked whether there is a connection between a greater scope of teamwork and higher self-assessments of cooperation and interdisciplinarity. Here in this case we have not confirmed the connection. Nevertheless, the results of the research show that forms of teamwork in primary schools are important for support at work and in the professional development of employees. Based on the results of the analysis, we would recommend several hours per month for individual forms of teamwork, the involvement of all employees in teamwork and several forms of teamwork in elementary schools.
