Povzetek

V magistrskem delu bomo proučevali grotesknost s pomočjo pravljic bratov Grimm, primerjali groteskne ilustracije pravljic in spoznali njihove ilustracije in vpliv na bralca. Tako bomo v teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela analizirali izbrane ilustracije pravljic bratov Grimm in izpostavili njihove temeljne lastnosti pri spoznavanju pojma grotesknost. Praktični del sestavljajo ilustracije, ki sledijo načelom groteskne ilustracije in na ta način poskusijo preobraziti otroško pravljico v pravljico za odrasle.

Sekundarni povzetek: In the master's thesis, we will examine grotesqueness with the help of the Grimm brothers' fairy tales and compare grotesque illustrations of fairy tales. Moreover, we will study grotesque illustrations and their impact on the reader. In the theoretical section, we will analyse selected illustrations of the Brothers Grimm's fairy tales and highlight their fundamental properties by presenting the concept of grotesqueness. The practical part consists of illustrations that follow the principles of grotesque illustration and thus try to transform a fairy tale for children into a fairy tale for adults.
