Povzetek

Vsak posameznik se na praktično vsakem področju v svojem življenju srečuje s stresom. Na različne ljudi stres različno vpliva, od osebe pa je odvisno, kako se z njim spopada. Ker je stres in pa odziv na stres pri vsakem posamezniku drugačen, je težko točno določiti načine, kako se z njim spopadati. Stres je lahko tako pozitiven kot negativen, odvisno pa je, kako ga posameznik doživlja in kako se z njim spopada. Poznamo veliko simptomov, ki telesu sporočajo, da je oseba pod prevelikim stresom. Če ob simptomu reakcija posameznika ni pravilna, lahko hitro pride tudi do različnih posledic, ki so lahko blage, ali pa tudi zelo nevarne. Prav zaradi teh posledic je pomembno, da vsak posameznik poišče načine, kako bi stres zmanjšal. Pri tem lahko pomagajo različne fizične in psihične vaje, komunikacija in še mnogi drugi načini. Stres doživljajo tudi nogometaši, bodisi profesionalni, bodisi amaterski. Vsak nogometaš je zaradi različnih razlogov izpostavljen stresu, ki ga lahko moti tudi pri njegovih nogometnih predstavah, zato je pomembno, da ga kar se da omeji. Obvladovanju stresa morejo veliko pozornosti posvečati tako nogometaši sami, kot tudi klubi, za katere igrajo, saj klubom pojav stresa pri njihovih nogometaših ne prinaša nič dobrega. V drugem delu diplomskega dela pa smo na podlagi podatkov, pridobljenih iz teoretičnega dela, preverili stres pri nogometaših v nogometnih klubih. S tem smo v empiričnem delu ugotovili, v kolikšni meri je stres prisoten med nogometaši, kako na njih vpliva in kako se je z njim najbolje spoprijeti.

Sekundarni povzetek: Every individual encounters stress in practically every area of his life. Stress affects different people differently, and it depends on the person how they deal with it. Since stress and the response to stress are different for each individual, it is difficult to determine exactly how to deal with it. Stress can be both positive and negative, and it depends on how the individual experiences it and how they deal with it. We know many symptoms that tell the body that a person is under too much stress. If the individual's reaction to the symptom is not correct, it can quickly lead to various consequences, which can be mild or very dangerous. It is precisely because of these consequences that it is important for each individual to find ways to reduce stress. Different physical and mental exercises, communication and many other ways can help with this. Soccer players also experience stress, whether professional or amateur. Every football player is exposed to stress for various reasons, which can also interfere with his football performances, so it is important to limit it as much as possible. The football players themselves, as well as the clubs they play for, can pay a lot of attention to managing stress, because the appearance of stress in their football players does nothing good for the clubs. In the second part of the thesis, based on the data obtained from the theoretical part, we checked the stress of football players in football clubs. With this, we found out in empirical work the extent to which stress is present among football players, how it affects them and how best to deal with it.
