Povzetek

Diplomska naloga predstavlja analizo in interpretacijo podatkov matičnih knjig. Zajema območje župnije Sveti Peter in Pavel na Ptuju v obdobju od leta 1910 do 1918. Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti župnijo, kraje in njihove prebivalce, temeljne značilnosti matičnih knjig, običaj ob rojstvu, krstu, poroki in smrti, ter zbrati podatke iz rojstnih, poročnih in mrliških knjig ter jih statistično obdelati in podati ugotovitve. Na podlagi podatkov iz matičnih knjig je bila izračunana rodnost in smrtnost, ugotovljeno je bilo natančno število rojenih, poročenih in umrlih po letih, mesecih in naseljih, ugotovljeno je bilo natančno število rojenih dečkov in deklic, dvojčkov, mrtvorojenih otrok, nezakonskih otrok, število ženinov in nevest, vdov in vdovcev ter kaj so mladoporočenci bili po poklicu. Prav tako je bilo ugotovljeno natančno število umrlih po spolu in starosti ter vzroki, zaradi katerih so ljudje v župniji umirali. Metode katere so bile uporabljene pri izdelavi diplomske naloge so bile različne. Zbrani podatki o rojstvih, porokah in smrtnosti so bili v računalniškem programu Excel statistično obdelani, tabelarično in grafično prikazani ter primerjani s komparativno metodo in opisani z deskriptivno metodo. Če tudi statistični podatki ne morejo zaobjeti celotnega stanja življenja župnije, so vseeno kar dober pokazatelj dejanskega stanja v obravnavanem obdobju, torej med leti 1910 in 1918. Zato naj nam ta naloga pomaga, da se na nek način spomnimo dogodkov in običajev, ki so zaznamovali preteklost naših prednikov.

Sekundarni povzetek: My diploma paper presents a data analysis and interpretation from diferent registers. It includes parish in the period from 1910 to 1918. My purpose in the diploma paper is to present the development of the parish itself, villages and their dwellers, basic characteristics of registers, birth, baptism, marriage and funeral customs. The paper shows the data about baptism, births, marriages and funerals from different registers and their statistical analysis and statements. On the basis of the data drom registers fertility and mortality was handled and the exact number of born, married and deceased inhabitants according to year, month and village was found out. From the birth and married register we can gt the exact number of boys and girls born, illegitimate children, twins, stillborn children, the number of brides and bridegrooms, widows and widowers, then we can also get the information about the occupation of the newly-wedded pairs. The registers show us also the number of the deceased according to sex and age and causes of dying in th parish. The variety of methods was used in the making of thi diploma. All collected data about births, marriages and deaths were put into the software Excel and were statistically handled and then they were shown in tabular and grafic form compared bx means of comparative methode and described by means of descriptive method. Trough statistical data can't embrace the whole state of parish life, they are nevertheless a good display of facts in the discussed period, from 1910 to 1918. thus this paper help us remember events and customs that labeld the life of our ancestors.
