Sekundarni povzetek: | The company has identified a need for automating industrial labeling processes. The adjustment of the nozzle on the existing device is time-consuming and challenging, which can lead to imprecise labeling positioning. In the thesis, we extensively addressed the design, construction, stress analysis, and displacement evaluation of the new support structure. As a result, we developed a rigid automated holder for an Ink-jet printer nozzle, intended for industrial labeling. It is composed of a combination of linear modules, standard profiles, and custom elements. The automation of the holder reduces time consumption, errors, and enhances precision in industrial labeling processes. |
