| Sekundarni naslov: | Cavitation bubble dynamics in between two free surfaces |
| Sekundarni povzetek: | Cavitation is process by which cavitation bubbles form due to a change in pressure in a liquid. It is known that cavitation can accelerate certain chemical processes, but the physical background is not yet fully understood. The increased chemical activity is associated with the presence of micro-jets and the formation of microbubbles. In this research a laser pulse was used to generate a cavitation bubble in a cuvette filled with water and an air bubble inserted. The process was observed using a high-speed camera, and the results were processed by focusing on the direction of collapse and micro-jets formation. |
