Sekundarni povzetek:	This thesis describes the development of a typical ".NET" applications, migration to the Windows Azure cloud platform and the design of cloud computing, which allows the user to access all services through the Internet. With cloud computing there are three types of service models: platform as a service, software as a service and infrastructure as a service. There are three types of cloud systems, namely the public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud. Each type of cloud has its own advantages and disadvantages. The core of thesis include a description of the process of developing cloud application AvtoUtil, which was developed in technology ".NET". We have seen the tools, needed to design and manufacture the cloud application. In the section that describes the test, we show a typical test procedure of developed application. AvtoUtil is an application that allows the user to insert the datas of his car, car problems and expenses. The total cost overview and statistics of vehicles is intended for the user, but they may be shared with other users. Application itself is divided into three user groups. Each user group can have different access rights and features. The application was developed using the development tools in Visual Studio 2010 programming language C#. There are many providers of cloud services. We briefly describe four products of different vendors (Amazon, Google, Rackspace and Microsoft). We opted for Azure because it allows to run applications that are written using the ".NET" and C # programming language. Windows Azure is a cloud platform that supports two services (Platform as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service). In the last part of the thesis we present migration of application to Windows Azure. The final result of this thesis is operating cloud application AvtoUtil.
