Povzetek
Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je ključni dejavnik uspeha vsake organizacije, saj zadovoljni zaposleni prispevajo k večji uspešnosti in učinkovitosti. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je povezano z doseganjem ciljev organizacije, pri čemer imajo pomembno vlogo plača, delovni čas, organizacijska klima in sistem nagrajevanja. Številne organizacije se osredotočajo predvsem na povečanje produktivnosti s kompleksnimi tehnikami in zniževanjem stroškov, pri tem pa pogosto zanemarijo osnovne pogoje, ki bi prispevali k večjemu zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljena stališča domačih in tujih virov o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. Predstavljeni so osnovni pojmi in dejavniki zadovoljstva zaposlenih, oblike zadovoljstva in dejavniki, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Na drugi strani so predstavljena tudi nezadovoljstvo in motivacija zaposlenih. V raziskovalnem delu je s pomočjo kvantitativne metode merjenja in izvedbo anketne raziskave prikazana realna slika zadovoljstva zaposlenih na Upravni enoti Celje. Rezultati so pokazali, da so zaposleni na splošno zadovoljni s sodelavci in delovnimi pogoji, vendar so izrazili potrebo po dodatnih možnostih za strokovni razvoj in boljši komunikaciji z vodstvom. Ugotovljene so tudi razlike v zadovoljstvu glede na delovno mesto, kar kaže na potrebo po prilagoditvi pristopov vodenja in motivacije. Na podlagi rezultatov so predstavljeni predlogi za izboljšave na področju zadovoljstva zaposlenih na Upravni enoti Celje.

Employee satisfaction is a key success factor for any organisation, as satisfied employees contribute to greater performance and efficiency. Employee satisfaction is linked to the achievement of the organisation's objectives, and pay, working hours, the organisational climate and the reward system play an important role. Many organisations focus primarily on increasing productivity through complex techniques and cost reduction, often neglecting the basic conditions that would contribute to higher employee satisfaction. The theoretical part presents perspectives from domestic and international sources on employee satisfaction. It outlines the basic concepts and factors of employee satisfaction, forms of satisfaction, and the elements influencing it. On the other hand, dissatisfaction and employee motivation are also discussed. In the research part, a quantitative measurement method and a survey were used to provide a realistic picture of employee satisfaction at the Administrative Unit Celje. The results showed that employees are generally satisfied with their colleagues and working conditions. However, they expressed a need for additional opportunities for professional development and better communication with management. Differences in satisfaction based on job roles were also identified, highlighting the need for tailored leadership and motivational approaches. Based on the results, suggestions for improvements in employee satisfaction at the Administrative Unit Celje are presented. |
