Povzetek
Namen magistrskega dela je bil raziskati področje požarne varnosti visokih večstanovanjskih stavb in predlagati ukrepe, ki znižajo stopnjo njihove požarne ogroženosti. Na podlagi pregleda strokovne literature, analize zakonodaje, intervjujev gasilcev ter izvedene ocene požarne ogroženosti za konkretno stolpnico v Kranju, so bili preučeni ključni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na požarno varnost.
Rezultati raziskave potrjujejo, da obravnavana stolpnica spada v najvišjo, šesto stopnjo požarne ogroženosti. Izbrano stolpnico smo preučili in predlagali ukrepe, ki znižajo stopnjo požarne ogroženosti.
Analiza predlaganih ukrepov je pokazala, da je najbolj učinkovit ukrep za izboljšanje požarne ogroženosti izvedba požarnih sektorjev, saj oceno požarne ogroženosti zniža kar za tri stopnje.
Najcenejši ukrep, ki zniža oceno požarne ogroženosti, je izvedba požarnih sektorjev.
Ocenili smo, da je najbolj smiseln ukrep nakup nove vskočne blazine, saj bi s tem varnost povečali tudi stanovalcem drugih stolpnic v Kranju.
Na podlagi razgovorov smo ugotovili, da trenutno veljavna metodologija za oceno požarne ogroženosti ne upošteva vseh dejavnikov, ki lahko vplivajo na požarno varnost. Na znižanje požarne ogroženosti bi vplivala tudi zagotovitev ustrezne opreme za optimalno izvedbo intervencije, zagotavljanje prostih intervencijskih površin, vgradnja gasilskega dvigala, nakup nove spirale za izvedbo evakuacije in nakup nove vskočne blazine.
Glede na izvedene primerjave predlaganih ukrepov smo ugotovili, da sta ukrepa namestitev sistemov AJP in šprinkler v metodologiji podcenjena.
Velik problem predstavljajo starejše stavbe, ki so zgrajene na podlagi takratnih zahtev glede zagotavljanja požarne varnosti in danes predstavljajo veliko tveganje za nastanek hujših posledic v primeru požara. Rezultati te magistrske naloge bodo koristni tudi pri obravnavi drugih strejših večstanovanjskih stavb v Sloveniji.

Suggested measures to reduce the fire hazard level in older high-rise residential buildings |

The purpose of this master's thesis was to investigate the field of fire safety in high-rise residential buildings and suggest measures to reduce their fire risk level. Key factors influencing fire safety were examined based on a review of professional literature, an analysis of legislation, interviews with firefighters, and a fire risk assessment conducted for a specific high-rise building in Kranj.
The research results confirm that the analysed high-rise building has the highest fire risk rating. The selected building was studied, and measures to reduce its fire risk level were proposed.
The analysis of the proposed measures showed that the most effective way to improve fire safety is the implementation of fire compartments, as this reduces the fire risk assessment by as many as three levels. The most cost-effective measure for reducing the fire risk assessment is also the implementation of fire compartments.
We assessed that the most reasonable measure would be the purchase of a new rescue cushion, as this would also enhance safety for residents of other high-rise buildings in Kranj.
Based on the interviews, we found that the currently valid methodology for fire risk assessment does not consider all factors that may influence fire safety. Fire risk reduction would also be influenced by ensuring appropriate equipment for optimal intervention, maintaining clear emergency access areas, installing a fire lift, purchasing a new evacuation spiral and acquiring a new rescue cushion.
Based on comparisons of the proposed measures, we determined that the installation of FDAS systems and sprinklers is undervalued in the methodology.
A significant issue is posed by older buildings, which were constructed according to the fire safety requirements of their time and now represent a high risk of severe consequences in the event of a fire. The results of this master's thesis will also be useful in the assessment of other older multi-apartment buildings in Slovenia. |
