Povzetek
Diplomska naloga obravnava vpliv umetne inteligence (UI) na delovanje sodobnih organizacij, pri čemer se osredotoča na spremembe v poslovnih procesih, doseganju konkurenčnosti, ter odnosu zaposlenih do uvajanja naprednih tehnologij. Umetna inteligenca se uveljavlja kot ključen dejavnik digitalne preobrazbe, zato postaja razumevanje njenega delovanja in učinkov bistvenega pomena za management sprememb znotraj organizacij. V teoretičnem delu naloge so predstavljeni osnovni pojmi umetne inteligence, njen zgodovinski razvoj, ter vloga, ki jo ta tehnologija danes igra v poslovnem okolju. Posebna pozornost je namenjena pravnim in etičnim vprašanjem, ki spremljajo širjenje uporabe UI, kot tudi ključnim dejavnikom, ki vplivajo na uspešnost njene uvedbe. Med temi dejavniki izstopajo ustrezna organizacijska kultura, pripravljenost zaposlenih na spremembe, podpora vodstva in sistematično izobraževanje zaposlenih. Prav tako so analizirani številni izzivi, ki spremljajo implementacijo UI, med njimi predvsem strah pred izgubo delovnih mest, pomanjkanje zaupanja v tehnologijo, ter potreba po varovanju zasebnosti in podatkov. Empirični del naloge temelji na raziskavi, opravljeni z anketnim vprašalnikom, katerega namen je preučiti zaznave, pričakovanja in pripravljenost zaposlenih na sprejem umetne inteligence v izbrani organizaciji. Raziskava se osredotoča na razumevanje dojemanja UI med zaposlenimi, njihovo oceno prednosti in morebitne zadržke. Analiza odgovorov ponuja pomembne informacije o dejavnikih, ki vplivajo na uspešno uvajanje umetne inteligence v praksi. Na podlagi teoretičnih stališč in analize zbranih podatkov naloga ugotavlja, da umetna inteligenca ponuja pomembne možnosti povečanja učinkovitosti in uspešnosti organizacij. Za njeno uspešno implementacijo pa so nujne ustrezne strateške in operativne prilagoditve, jasno vodenje, učinkovita komunikacija, ter aktivno vključevanje zaposlenih v vse faze uvajanja. Organizacije, ki k uvedbi UI pristopijo celostno in premišljeno, bodo lažje izkoristile njen potencial in se hkrati učinkovito soočile z izzivi, ki jih ta prinaša.

This thesis examines the impact od artificial intelligence (AI) on functioning of modern organizations, focusing on changes in business processes, achieving competitiveness, and the attitude of employees toward the adoption of advanced technologies. Artificial intelligence is becoming a key driver of digital transformation, making the understanding of its functioning and effects essential for change management within organizations. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts of artificial intelligence, its historical development, and the role this technology plays in today’s business environment. Special attention is given to legal and ethical issues accompanying the growing use of AI, as well as to key factors influencing its successful implementation. Among these are an appropriate organizational culture, employee readiness for change, managerial support, and systematic employee training. The thesis also addresses various challenges linked to the implementation of AI, such as fear of job loss, lack of trust in technology, and the need for data privacy and protection. The empirical part is based on a survey conducted through a questionnaire aimed at examining employee perceptions, expectations, and readiness to adopt AI in a selected organization. The research focuses on understanding how employees perceive AI, their assessment of its benefits, and potential reservations. The analysis provides valuable insights into the factors that influence the successful introduction of artificial intelligence in practice. Based on theoretical findings and empirical data, the thesis concludes that AI offers significant opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and performance. However, successful implementation requires appropriate strategic and operational adjustments, clear leadership, effective communication, and active employee involvement in all stages of the implementation process. Organizations that adopt AI holistically and thoughtfully are more likely to fully harness its potential and effectively address the challenges it brings. |
