Povzetek
Sodelovanje med vrtcem in starši je zelo pomembno, a hkrati tudi zahtevno, saj mora temeljiti na medsebojnem zaupanju in podpori. Pomembni členi sodelovanja so iskren človeški odnos, odprta komunikacija in strokovna usposobljenost.
Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu sem se bolj podrobno posvetila družini, vrtcu, odnosom, ki se razvijejo med strokovnimi delavci in starši, ter komunikaciji s starši. Osrednji problem se je nanašal na oblike sodelovanja med vrtcem in starši, pri čemer sem nekoliko večji poudarek namenila formalnim oblikam sodelovanja.
V drugem, empiričnem delu diplomskega dela sem s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika raziskala oblike sodelovanja med starši in strokovnimi delavci v izbranem vrtcu, kako starši dojemajo sodelovanje z vrtcem, v katerega je vključen njihov otrok, in ali so zadovoljni z oblikami in načini sodelovanja.
Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so starši tako v mestnem kot tudi v vaškem vrtcu z delom vzgojitelja zelo zadovoljni. Najpogosteje sodelujejo z vrtcem na roditeljskih sestankih in pogovornih urah. Tako mestni kot tudi vaški vrtec staršem ponujata raznolike oblike sodelovanja. Večina staršev je zadovoljnih z delom vrtca, v katerega je vključen njihov otrok, si pa želijo, da bi bil njihov vpliv na življenje in delo v vrtcu nekoliko večji.

The formal forms of cooperation between the preschool and the parents |

The cooperation between the kindergarten and the parent is on the one hand necessary and on the other very demanding as it has to base on mutual trust and support. Important aspects of cooperation are honest personal relationship, open communication and qualification of workers.
My paper has two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the concepts of family, kindergarten, relationships that develop between workers and parents, and communication with parents. The main topic of research were the forms of cooperation between the kindergarten and parents, especially focusing on the formal means of cooperation.
In the second, empirical part of the paper, I used a questionnaire to investigate what forms of cooperation exist between parents and employees in chosen kindergartens, how parents understand the cooperation with the kindergarten, and if the parents are satisfied with the forms of cooperation.
The results show that the parents are satisfied with the work of kindergarten workers both in the city kindergarten as well as in a rural kindergarten. Most common forms of cooperation are parent teacher meetings and consultation hours. Both kindergartens offer various forms of cooperation. The majority of the parents are satisfied with the work of the kindergarten although they would like to have more influence on it. |
