Povzetek
Zaradi osredotočanja na glavno dejavnost se vedno več organizacij odloča za zunanje izvajanje, bodisi posamezne funkcije ali celotnega oddelka. Takšna taktika ne prinese le znižanja stroškov, ampak podjetju doda, v današnjem poslovnem svetu še kako potrebno, konkurenčno prednost. Informatika je postala sredstvo, brez katerega ne more poslovati več nobena organizacija in ravno zato je čedalje pogosteje predana v izvajanje strokovnjakom. V zadnjem času se je kot posledica razvoja sodobne tehnologije ter komunikacijskih povezav pojavilo računalništvo v oblaku in čedalje bolj pridobiva na pomenu. Skozi pisanje magistrskega dela smo spoznali, da je uvajanje storitev v oblaku kompleksni proces, ki je z upoštevanjem opisanih korakov oz. faz lahko uspešno končan.
V prvem delu magistrske naloge je predstavljen teoretični okvir, ki zajema zunanje izvajanje informacijske dejavnosti in računalništvo v oblaku. Poleg definicij so predstavljene prednosti in slabosti obeh pojmov, oblike zunanjega izvajanja ter ključni dejavniki pri odločanju za zunanje izvajanje, kakor tudi storitveni in namestitveni modeli računalništva v oblaku.
V drugem delu je opisan proces uvajanja storitev v oblaku, sestava projektnega tima ter možne težave in tveganja. Uvajanja storitev v oblaku se je potrebno lotiti postopoma, po fazah, ki so podrobno opisane in predstavljajo napotke za uspešno izvedbo projekta. Opisan proces predstavlja teoretični model, ki je nadalje podkrepljen s primerom iz prakse, torej s projektom uvedbe Live@edu na EPF. Na koncu je dodana še raziskava zadovoljstva uporabnikov s pridobljenimi storitvami, ki je podala pričakovane rezultate.
Uvedba Live@edu na EPF je podala smernice za uvajanje teh storitev na drugih fakultetah. Uporabniki so s pridobitvami, ki jih novi sistem prinaša, zadovoljni, zato lahko sklepamo, da bo tako tudi drugod. Projekt lahko označimo za uspešnega, ne le z vidika uvedbe, ampak tudi z vidika zadovoljstva uporabnikov.

Due to the focus on the main activity, more and more organizations are choosing to outsource, either individual features or whole sections. Such tactic does not only lead to reduction in costs but also ad a competitive advantage, which is neded in business world today. Informatics has become a tool without which organizations can not operate successfully and that is why it is increasingly commited to the implementation of the experts, since they provide a much better system performance on the latest technology as an internal staff. Cloud computing has emerged recently as a result of the development of modern technology and communication links and is increasingly gaining in importance. The implementation of services in the cloud is a complex process that can be completed successfully, taking into account steps or phazes that are described.
The first part of the thesis presents a theoretical framework for the outsourcing of IT and cloud computing. In addition to the definitions there are also presented the advantages and disadvantages of both concepts, forms of IT outsourcing and the key factors in deciding to outsource, as well as deployment and service models of cloud computing.
The second part describes the process of implementing services in the cloud, potential problems and risks which may occur. The implementation of services in the cloud should be undertaken gradually, in stages, which are described in details. They represent guidance for the successful implementation of such project. Described process is a theoretical model, which is further supported by example from practise, therefore, the project of implementation of Live@edu at the FEB.
The project of Live@edu at FEB has provided guidance for the implementation of such services in other faculties. Users are satisfied with the gained achievements, so we can conclude that they will be also elsewhere. The project at FEB can be described as successful, not only in terms of implementation, but also in terms of user satisfaction.
