Sekundarni povzetek:	In my thesis I presented the establishing of the records (a catalogue) for the railway network on the territory of NE Slovenia, the property of Holding Slovenske železnice d.o.o., and the property in the form of public railway infrastructure owned by the Republic of Slovenia. I analyzed the real estate property, and defined the base for their marketing. I included a detailed analysis of the Law on Railway Traffic, and the Law on Safety in Railway Traffic, which define the directives and conditions, and the basic data included in the catalogue. The internal organisation and the operation of Holding Slovenske železnice d.o.o. is presented as well. In the Conclusion I gave an operative estimation of a monthly income from renting the real estate property, based on the evidence of the presently vacant property.
