Saving costs in structural design is stronger every day. Because of better competitive position is reasonable to compare different types of steel frames which are used for the single storey buildings. Presented work deals with comparison between different designs of steel frame for the single storey building. Three different types of design are analysed; portal frame, frame with tension bar, moment resistant frame with the truss girder. Tables for the designer in the preliminary stage of a design are made. For different spans, high of columns, material quality and also for different wind and snow loads the values for mass of main steel frame are shown. From tables we could see and select better design, wich had less mass per square meter of useful surface. Steel frames are design in accordance with Eurocode standards. On basis of real data for Slovenian market, the costs for material in construction, manufacturing and assembling of the frames are validated. A comparison is made of reasonableness of usage welding profile or usege standard hot rolled profiles. |

Konkurenčni boj je danes na področju gradnje hal iz dneva v dan hujši. Zato je z vidika povečanja konkurenčnosti smiselno narediti primerjavo med različnimi tipi jeklenih okvirov. V diplomski nalogi je narejena primerjava različnih izvedb jeklenih enoprostornih hal. Narejene so primerjave med tremi različnimi zasnovami jeklenih okvirov; portalnim okvirom, okvirom z natezno vezjo in momentnim okvirom s paličnim strešnim sistemom. V obliki tabel, ki so izdelane za projektante in komercialiste, lahko za različne razpone, višine hal, kvaliteto jekla ter različne obteţbe z vetrom in snegom izberemo izvedbo z najmanjšo porabo jekla na kvadratni meter koristne površine. Tabele sluţijo v prvi fazi projektiranja, kot pomoč za bolj realno oceno vrednosti izdelave enoprostornih hal iz jekla. Jekleni okviri so optimizirani v skladu z Evrokod standardi. Na osnovi realnih podatkov slovenskega trga je ovrednotena tudi cena okvira, ki jo sestavljajo cena materiala, izdelave in montaţe. Izdelana je tudi primerjava o smiselnosti uporabe varjenih prerezov namesto vroče valjanih profilov, ki sestavljajo okvir. |
