Sekundarni povzetek:	The aim and object of this thesis is to provide the best solutions for development and renovation of the village Hrovača near Ribnica through theoretical and practical background. The thesis has a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on the characteristics of the Slovenian countryside, rural development potential and impact of urbanization on the countryside. In the practical part the village Hrovača is presented in the wider and the narrow space. Following are the results of the survey questionnaire, which was carried out among random households in the village Hrovača, and detailed spatial analysis, which are graphically presented on maps with a scale of 1:3000. In the end there are possibilities of development and arrangements of Hrovača, based on theoretical and practical starting-points. The arrangement suggestions include guidelines for regulating engineered structures, infrastructure, green areas, recreational areas and tourist attractions.

Povzetek (ePrints):	Cilj in predmet diplomske naloge sta s pomočjo teoretičnih in praktičnih izhodišč podati predlog možnega prostorskega razvoja in prenove naselja Hrovača pri Ribnici. Naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. Teoretični del temelji na značilnostih slovenskega podeželja, razvojnih možnostih podeželja in vplivu urbanizacije na podeželje. V praktičnem delu pa je predstavljeno naselje Hrovača v širšem in nato še ožjem prostoru. Sledijo rezultati anketnega vprašalnika, ki je bil izveden med naključnimi gospodinjstvi naselja Hrovača in podrobne prostorske analize, ki so grafično predstavljene na kartah v merilu 1:3000. V zadnjem delu naloge so na podlagi teoretičnih in praktičnih izhodišč predstavljene možnosti prostorskega razvoja in ureditve naselja Hrovača pri Ribnici. V predlogu ureditve so poleg celovite zasnove urejanja naselja, podane tudi smernice za ureditev grajene strukture, infrastrukture, zelenih in rekreacijskih površin.
