The present work summarizes the guidelines required to design deep foundation by the
standard Eurocode 7. The following is a review of examples of already built structures on
piled rafts. The buildings are equipped with the diagrams of their actual behaviour and the
diagrams of shared load between a raft and piles. The stated is a useful advice, on how to
apply them when designing piled rafts. Furthermore, the method of designing is described,
with which settlements, differential settlements and internal forces in the piles can be
analytically defined. Within the mentioned method properties of foundation like: vertical,
momentary, horizontal bearing of foundation, stiffness of a raft, piles and piled raft, have to
be determined. Also the proportion of the load carried by the piles is calculated. In the
diagram is shown the behaviour of a load-settlement. Described are the methods for an
analytical determination of the base and skin resistance of the pile. The calculation of a
settlement, differential settlement and internal forces in the pile for the actual example for a
fuel reservoir follows. A parametric study is carried out in the final part of the present work.
The program MPile is shown as helpful. Naturally, the influence of the diameter of pile, the
reduction in the number of piles at constant surface of raft and constant load is checked. Also
the impact of a larger distance between piles at constant number of them on the settlements
and the axial forces within the piles is examined. It is looked into how the shape of the raft
affects the behaviour of foundation. The most appropriate distribution of the piles with a
suitable diameter for the purpose of storage is determined, for which the settlements are
calculated. |

Diplomska naloga povzame smernice za projektiranje globokega temeljenja po standardu Evrokod 7. Sledi pregled primerov že zgrajenih objektov, ki so temeljeni na ploščah, podprtih s piloti. Objekti so opremljeni z diagrami dejanskega obnašanja objekta ter diagrami delitve obtežbe med ploščo in piloti. Navedeni so uporabni nasveti, ki jih uporabimo pri projektiranju plošče podprte s piloti. V nadaljevanju je opisana metoda projektiranja. Z njo se analitično določi posedke, diferenčne posedke in notranje sile v pilotih. Znotraj metode je potrebno določiti lastnosti temeljenja kot so: vertikalna, momentna, horizontalna nosilnost temeljenja, togost temeljne plošče, pilotov in celotnega temeljenja. Izračuna se delež obtežbe, ki ga nosijo piloti in v diagramu in se prikaže obnašanje obtežba – posedek. Opisane so metode za analitično določitev nosilnosti pod konico in po plašču pilota. Sledi izračun posedkov, diferenčnih posedkov in notranjih sil v pilotih za dejanski primer rezervoarja za skladiščenje goriva. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge je izvedena parametrična študija. V pomoč je program MPile. Preveri se kakšen vpliv ima premer pilota, manjšanje števila pilotov pri konstanti površini plošče in obtežbi, večja razdalja med piloti pri konstantnem številu pilotov na posedke in osne sile v pilotih. Preveri se kako oblika plošče vpliva na obnašanje temeljenja. Določena je najprimernejša razporeditev pilotov s primernim premerom za primer skladišča, za katerega so izračunani posedki. |
