Sekundarni povzetek:	The inclusion into society after a few years of addiction treatment can be a great problem for the former drug user. He is confronted with the new beginning of independence and autonomy. The re-entry program, which is focused on three essential parts of it – accommodation, education and recruitment – can help him. The practical help, which enables the successful reintegration into society is definitively the employment. As a part of research work I wanted to explore if the unemployment of the former drug users is the key problem when it concerns the reintegration into society. I also wanted to know what kind of obstacles are they confronted to and how does it influence their life. I see a possible solution in the development of social companies for the former drug users. In my research I focus on the obstacles for the functioning of that kind of company in Slovenia. The results of the research show that the unemployment is a big problem of the former drug users. The barrier is also the current economic crisis and the obstacles, connected with the past dependence of the former drug users. The solution could be in organizing the social companies for the former drug users, which could lower the level of their unemployment. But there still need to be done some changes or upgrades in the functioning of the social companies in Slovenia.

Povzetek (ePrints):	Vključitev bivših uporabnikov drog nazaj v družbo po končanem večletnem zdravljenju odvisnosti predstavlja za posameznika velik problem. Bivši uporabnik drog je postavljen pred novim začetek neodvisnosti in samostojnosti. Pomoč pri samem vključevanju mu nudi program reintegracije, ki se usmerja na tri bistvene dele – namestitev, izobrazbo ter zaposlitev bivšega uporabnika drog. Praktična pomoč, ki dejansko omogoči uspešno vključitev posameznika v družbo, pa je zagotovo zaposlitev. V sklopu raziskovanega dela sem tako želela raziskati ali je brezposelnost bivših uporabnikov drog ključen problem pri sami vključitvi v družbo. Zanimalo me je s kakšnimi ovirami se soočajo na področju zaposlovanja in kako slednje vpliva na njihovo življenje. Raziskovanje razširim na možnosti rešitve brezposelnosti bivših uporabnikov drog. Možno rešitev vidim v razvoju socialnih podjetij v katerih se bodo lahko vključevali bivši uporabniki drog. V raziskavi se tako osredotočam na ovire pri delovanju tovrstnega socialnega podjetja v Sloveniji. Rezultati raziskave kažejo na to, da brezposelnost predstavlja velik problem bivših uporabnikov drog. Oviro predstavlja trenutna gospodarska kriza ter ovire povezane s preteklo odvisnostjo bivših uporabnikov drog. Rešitev za brezposelnost bivših uporabnikov drog je v delovanju socialnih podjetij, ki bi zaposlovala omenjene uporabnike.
