Integrated waste management in Coastal region and the possibility of their recovery |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Today's world in which we live is based on consumerism, where everyday necessary amenities leave enormous quantities of waste. If all the waste will finish on landfills, they would be full in few years. So it's necessary to use waste management system, which promote that a larger part of waste must be recycled and reused. For the remaining part of unrecycled waste is required to reduce their quantity and volume and consequently we will extend the use of landfills.
Among these many systems is also the integrated system of waste management, which promotes the development and implementation of waste management, reducing costs and risk levels of waste, their sorting and re-use, protect the environment and human health. My work will describe an integrated waste management in Coastal region, laws and regulations in this area, the current situation in Slovenia and in the selected region, collected quantities of waste, collection efficiency, sorting and existing waste management. At the end I will dimension a center for integrated waste management in Koper and in Logatec. The most appropriate projects will be those who will have the lowest costs per tone of waste processing. |

V diplomski nalogi bo obravnavan integralni sistem za ravnanje z odpadki v Obalni regiji, upoštevajoč zakone in pravilnike s tega področja, obstoječe stanje v Sloveniji in v izbrani regiji, zbrane količine odpadkov, učinkovitost zbiranja oz. sortiranja in obstoječe ravnanje z odpadki. |
