Sekundarni povzetek: The thesis contains a description of geodetic, cartographic and other technical procedures, spatial data and technical terms that are used in the creation of dynamic cartographic model. The displayed area encompasses the section of the river Soča between entry/exit sites Trnovo 1 and Trnovo 2. The model primarily shows the river condition at this section at five different water levels and the navigation routes for kayakers which are associated with these water levels. Furthermore, the model contains significant natural objects and constructed facilities in the river bed and its surroundings. The model is constructed by using vector and raster software. The final design model is presented with five spatial animations (one animation for each of the water levels), which can be used as an alternative for the navigation route planning at a demanding river section.

Povzetek (ePrints): Diplomska naloga vsebuje opis geodetskih, kartografskih in drugih tehničnih postopkov, prostorskih podatkov ter strokovnih izrazov, ki so uporabljeni pri izdelavi dinamičnega kartografskega modela. Območje prikaza obsega odsek reke Soče med vstopno-izstopnima mestoma Trnovo 1 in Trnovo 2. Model prvenstveno prikazuje stanje reke na omenjenem rečnem odseku pri petih različnih vodostajih in poti rečne plovbe za kajakaše, vezane na te vodostaje. Poleg tega model vsebuje še pomembnejše naravne in grajene objekte v rečni strugi in njeni okolici. Model je izdelan z uporabo vektorske in rastrske programske opreme. Končna oblika modela je predstavljena s petimi prostorskimi animacijami (za vsako raven vodostaja ena animacija), ki jih lahko uporabimo kot alternativo pri načrtovanju poti rečne plovbe po zahtevnem rečnem odseku.
