Sekundarni povzetek: In this thesis I was researching the influence of the effective moment of inertia on regularity of seismic response of reinforced concrete shaft bridges. I analyzed rules of standard Eurocode 8/2, that relate on determining regularity of structure and process to evaluate the effective moment of inertia of columns. Therefore I made a parametric study of five representative bridges with a different degree of irregularity. In the discussed cases it was shown, while analyzing the constructions in longitudinal direction, that the sections effective moment of inertia usually needs to be reduced to approximately 35 % of inertia moment for non-cracked sections. Therefore we can assume, that in most cases a inertias moment reduction of 50 % is suitable for the calculation of internal forces. This reduction is also provided by the standard Eurocode 8/1. For the correct calculation of displacements it is necessary to account the actual columns effective cross section, which can be estimated with the procedure proposed in the standard for rectangular columns. In the lateral direction, it was shown, that in numerous cases we can consider non-crack cross sections, because their capacity, due to their geometry of cross section and other construction requirements, at minimal reinforcement is often higher than required, so the reinforcement in most columns is not yielding and the concrete doesn't crack. The reduction of effective moment of inertia, in lateral direction, was considered reasonable only in highly stressed short columns or columns in the middle of construction. Reducing the effective moment of inertia in most stressed columns had in most cases decreased the irregular response of the entire construction, but we have recorded counterfactual cases as well.

Povzetek (ePrints): V diplomski nalogi sem raziskoval vpliv redukcije efektivnega vztrajnostnega momenta stebrov na regularnost potresnega odziva armiranobetonskih grednih mostov. Analiziral sem tudi določila standarda Evrokod 8/2, ki se nanašajo na določitev regularnosti konstrukcije in postopek za oceno efektivnega vztrajnostnega momenta stebrov. Zato sem naredil parametrično študijo petih reprezentativnih mostnih konstrukcij z različno stopnjo neregularnosti. V obravnavanih primerih se je izkazalo, da se pri analizi konstrukcij v vzdolžni smeri efektivni vztrajnostni moment prereza večine stebrov običajno reducira na približno 35 % vztrajnostnega momenta nerazpokanih prerezov. Zato lahko sklepam, da je v večini obravnavnih primerov 50-odstotna redukcija vztrajnostnega momenta, ki jo predvideva standard Evrokod 8/1, primerna za račun notranjih sil. Za račun pomikov je potrebno upoštevati dejanske efektivne prereze stebrov, ki jih lahko ocenimo s postopkom, ki jih standard predlaga za pravokotne stebre. V prečni smeri se je izkazalo, da v velikem številu primerov lahko upoštevamo nerazpokane betonske stebre, saj je njihova nosilnost zaradi geometrije stebra in drugih konstrukcijskih zahtev dostikrat pri minimalni armaturi večja od potrebne in v večini stebrov ne pride do tečenja armature in celo niti do razpokanja betona. Reducirane efektivne vztrajnostne momente je bilo v prečni smeri smiselno upoštevati le v najbolj obremenjenih kratkih stebrih oziroma v stebrih na sredini konstrukcije. Redukcija efektivnega vztrajnostnega momenta najbolj obremenjenih stebrov je v večini teh primerov zmanjšala neregularnost odziva celotne konstrukcije, vendar smo evidentirali tudi nasprotne primere.
