Sekundarni povzetek: Hudinja River, as its name suggests, is very torrential river. In the last twenty years it has been flooding three times. The selected section of the Hudinja will be analyzed flood risk of the riparian areas by making flood scenarios. They will include an analysis of the flood risk to the prescribed flow rate, as well as clogging of the bridge and a landslide in the river bed scenario. ArcGIS has been used for creation of the digital terrain model (DMT) from LIDAR data. With the extension HEC-GeoRAS we have acquired transverse profiles. These were used in the one-dimensional mathematical model of the hydraulic programming environment HEC-RAS. The results of the hydraulic model has been treated in the GIS program ArcGIS. The end result tasks are classes of flood hazard maps and flood risk maps for six scenarios of critical sections of the river. In the analysis of flood scenarios were analyzed new field depths due to reduced stream flow.

Povzetek (ePrints): Reka Hudinja, kakor pove že njeno ime, ima izrazito hudourniški značaj. V zadnjih dvajsetih letih je poplavljala trikrat. Na izbranem odseku reke Hudinje je bila analizirana poplavna nevarnost obvodnega območja z izdelavo poplavnih scenarijev. Le-ti bodo vključevali analizo poplavne nevarnosti za predpisane pretoke, kakor tudi zamašitve premostitev in zemeljskega zdrsa v strugo vodotoka. Iz LIDAR in geodetskih posnetkov smo s pomočjo programa ArcGIS izdelali digitalni model terena (DMT), iz katerega smo s pomočjo razširitve HECGeoRAS pridobili prečne profile. Le-te smo uporabili v eno-dimenzijskem matematično hidravličnem modelu programskega okolja HEC-RAS. Rezultate hidravličnega modela smo obdelali v programu ArcGIS. Končni rezultat naloge so Karte razredov poplavne nevarnosti in karte za šest poplavnih scenarijev kritičnih odsekov vodotoka. Pri analizi poplavnih scenarijev smo analizirali novo polje globin zaradi zmanjšane pretočnosti struge.
