Sekundarni povzetek: The operational program of discharging and clearing of municipal waste waters requires the municipality of Cerkno to build a public sewage system with the waters being discharged to a treatment plant by 31 December 2015 for the following localities: Cerkno, Zakriž, Planina pri Cerknem, Otalež, Ravne pri Cerknem, Šebrelje, Labinje and Laznica. As most of the municipality is in areas with special requirements, i.e. a catchment area of a sensitive area due to bathing waters, for most of the residential properties in the municipality that are not connected to the public sewage systems, a small-scale treatment plant must be built by the end of 2015, or impermeability of the septic tanks must be guaranteed. This diploma thesis discusses ways to suitably resolve the problems of discharging and treating waste water in the municipality. Considering the fact that in Cerkno proper, connection to the public sewage system is already possible, this study is primarily concerned with the abovementioned localities that do not yet have a sewage system. The goal of this study is to get a broad estimate of the investment costs and the running costs at the end of the project timeframe of 50 years. The study also discusses residential properties in areas with special requirements and suggests a suitable solution.
