Povzetek
Globalizacija in finančna kriza sta pahnili podjetja v položaj, ko se morajo vsak dan znova boriti za svoj obstoj na tržišču, ob vsem tem pa dosegati še temeljni proizvodnji cilj – dobiček. Ob uporabi nekaterih naprednih sistemov, ki jih predvideva ti. vitka proizvodnja, se konkurenčnost podjetij ohranja in celo povečuje, saj gre za metode, ki s svojo filozofijo stremijo predvsem k znižanju vseh nepotrebnih stroškov v proizvodnji, za kar pa si prizadeva vsako napredno podjetje.
Ena izmed temeljnih in najbolj pomembnih metod je vsekakor kanban, saj z novim, edinstvenim načinom pretoka informacij in izdelkov po procesih omogoča zmanjšanje nepotrebnih zalog in zagotavlja veliko večjo prilagodljivost in odzivnost sistema na nihanja, vse to pa dandanes predstavlja prav največjo prednost. Zaradi tega se je tudi podjetje Geberit – Sanitarna tehnika, d.o.o, odločilo, da v svoje proizvodnje sisteme vpelje kanban. Tako sem v svojem delu v nadaljevanju predstavil nekaj principov in tehnik, ki so potrebne za uvedbo samega sistema, ter jih tudi praktično uporabil na primeru iz podjetja.

Globalisation and financial crisis have put companies into the position when they have to struggle for their survival on the market daily and also need to achieve basic aim production – a profit. Beside the use of some progressive systems, that lean manufacturing predicts, the companies’ competitiveness is preserved and even increased, because it is about the methods, which strive with their philosophy mainly to reduction of all unnecessary expenses in the production, what is strived by each progressive company.
In this case one of the basic and most significant methods is kanban, because it enables the reduction of unnecessary supplies and ensures much larger system adjustability and reactivity on fluctuations with the new and unique way of flux information and products on processes; all of this nowadays represents the biggest priority. It was the main reason that also the company Geberit – Sanitarna tehnika, d.o.o. decided to introduce kanban in their production systems. So my diploma thesis deals with some principles and techniques that are needed for the introduction of the system itself. They were also used on the practical example concerning the aforementioned company. |
