Predlog uvedbe e-poslovanja v podjetju Plastika Skaza d.o.o.

Povzetek

V uvodu diplomske naloge smo predstavili podjetje in njegovo poslovanje z dokumenti. Navedli smo glavne probleme trenutnega arhiva dokumentacije in določili cilje, namen ter poti za reševanje problema. V teoretičnem delu smo pojasnili pojem dokument in arhiviranje gradiv. Opisali smo klasični in elektronski način arhiviranja ter varno hrambo elektronskega gradiva. Del teoretičnega dela smo posvetili tudi pravnim podlagam in zahtevam. Na podlagi obstoječega stanja smo naredili kritično analizo. Predstavili smo obstoječi proces, naredili primerjavo mesečnih stroškov klasičnega in elektronskega arhiviranja ter opisali postopek priprave in uvajanja sistema v podjetju. Kot prenovo ali predlog rešitve problema smo naredili analizo poslovnih sistemov za elektronsko arhiviranje in podali predlog za uvedbo sistema za e-poslovanje. V zadnjem delu naloge smo ocenili uspešnost rešitve problema, našteli pogoje za uvedbo rešitve ter opisali možnost nadaljnjega razvoja.

Sekundarni povzetek:	We introduced the enterprise and its business with documents in the preface of the diploma work. The main problems of the present documentation archives were stated and the goals, purpose, and the ways of the problem solving were determined. The notions document and material archives were explained in the theoretical part. We described a classical and an electronic way of archives making and the safe preservation of electronic material. A part of the theoretical work was dedicated also to legal basis and demands. A critical analysis was done on the basis of the existent state. We presented the present process, made the comparison of monthly expenses of the classical and electronic archives and then we described the procedure of the preparative arrangements and the introduction of the system in the enterprise. As a renovation or a suggestion for the problem solving we did the analysis of the business systems for electronic archives and we offered suggestions for the e-business introduction. In the last part of the work we estimated the efficiency of the problem solving, listed the conditions for the introduction of the solution and we described the possibilities of the further development.
