Povzetek
V sodobnem času je stres postal del našega vsakdanjika. V gospodarski krizi, v kateri živimo zadnjih nekaj let, nobeno delovno mesto ni varno. Posameznik se mora zato zelo angažirati in večkrat postaviti družino, prijatelje in sprostitev na drugo mesto. Ljudje so zato vedno bolj preobremenjeni in nezadovoljni, pritisk, ki ga občutijo, pa vodi do stresa.
Pojav stresa na delovnem mestu postaja vse večji problem. Poleg trpljenja zaposlenih na osebnem področju, prinaša tudi velike izgube podjetju, saj povzroča vse večje stroške in zmanjšuje produktivnost.
Magistrska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela, teoretični in praktični del.
V prvem delu naloge smo utemeljili nekatera teoretična izhodišča. Raziskovali smo pojem stres, stres na delovnem mestu, vzroke in posledice stresa, možne stresorje na delovnem mestu in posledice stresa za organizacijo. Na koncu smo raziskali tudi individualne in organizacijske metode obvladovanja stresa.
V drugem delu smo najprej predstavili podjetje IVD Maribor. Na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika, ki so ga izpolnili zaposleni, smo analizirali stresorje na delovnem mestu, in tudi simptome ter posledice stresa. Skušali smo ugotoviti, kako se zaposleni spoprijemajo s stresom na delovnem mestu, ali so zadovoljni z ukrepi podjetja za zmanjševanje stresa in kako zaposleni skrbijo za psihično sprostitev.

In the modern times, stress has become a part of our everyday life. The economic crisis, which we live in for the past few years, no man's work place is secure. Therefore, an individual must become very engaged and repeatedly put family, friends and relaxing only to second place.People therefore increasingly have feelings of overload, pressure and frustration, which can lead to stress.
The phenomenon of workplace stress is becoming a major problem. In addition to the suffering of employees in the personal sphere, it also brings huge losses for the organization, as it is causing increasing costs in organizations and decreasing productivity.
The master's thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part.
In the first part, we set the theoretical foundations. We explored the concept of stress, work related stress, causes and consequences of stress, potential stressors in the workplace and the effects of stress on the organization. Then we also explored the individual and organizational methods of stress management.
In the second part, we first present the company IVD Maribor. On the basis of a questionnaire, which was fulfilled by employees, we analyzed the stressors in the workplace, symptoms of stress, consequences of stress, how employees cope with stress in the workplace, whether they are satisfied with the measures the company is taking to reduce stress and how employees care for their mental relaxation. |
