Povzetek
Nadgradnja obstoječe programske podpore za kadrovske zadeve v Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank, d. d. je predmet te diplomske naloge. Ker sodelujem pri razvijanju in testiranju posameznih dopolnitev in novih rešitev na aplikacijah, sem se odločila pisati o nadgradnji programa za kadrovske zadeve, ki smo ga implementirali v tem podjetju.
Kadrovska funkcija je pomemben del vsake organizacije. Predstavila bom pomen človeških virov, načine planiranja in kadrov kot tudi izobraževanje in motivacijo. Prav tako bom predstavila vključenost le-teh v informacijski sistem. S teorijami različnih avtorjev bom opredelila: funkcije menedžmenta človeških virov, proces načrtovanja, vpliv dejavnikov na izbiro dela.
Anketa kot instrument za zbiranje podatkov je del te naloge. Z njo smo ugotovili nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih z aplikacijo, ki jim je bila na voljo. Želeli so si bolj enostavno uporabo, več podatkov v vpogled in poročila. S projektnimi skupinami smo se lotili analiz trenutnega stanja, ki je bilo podprto z več različnimi aplikacijami, ki skorajda niso bile povezane. Z zbiranjem vseh potrebnih informacij, baz podatkov in popisi smo se lotili implementacije novega kadrovskega sistema. Potrebno je bilo vzpostaviti nekaj vmesnikov, zato smo popisali vsa polja. Dokumentacija, ki se je uporabljala v Kadrovski službi, se je ažurirala in implementirala. Na podlagi funkcijske specifikacije smo izbirali najboljšega ponudnika. Na koncu smo vzpostavili nov sistem, ki je zadovoljil potrebe Kadrovske službe in ga uporabljajo še danes.
Za Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank, d. d. je delo z zaposlenimi eden ključnih dejavnikov zagotavljanja ciljev podjetja. S tem, ko nadgrajujemo kadrovske dejavnosti, uresničujemo tudi cilje kadrovske politike, kot so: razvoj obstoječih kadrov in njihov izkoristek, izboljšanje informiranja, programov izobraževanja itd. Opisan je tudi sam razvoj in usposabljanje zaposlenih v naši organizaciji, zdravstveno in socialno varstvo, merjenje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva, ključni kazalniki zaposlenih.

Upgrade of current software support for Human Resources matters in Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. is the main topic of this thesis. Since participating in the development and testing of individual applications and new solutions, I decided to write about the upgrade , which we implemented in the company.
Human resource function is an important part of every organization. I will present the importance of human resources, methods of planning, as well as education and motivation. I will also present involment of these in the information system. With theories of different authors I will define: functions of human resource management, planning process, the influence of factors on the choice of the work.
Survey as an instrument for data collection, is part of this. We found dissatisfaction of employees with the current application. They wanted more easy to use application, with more information and reports. With project groups, we have undertaken an analysis of the current situation, which has been supported by a number of different applications that were not strongly correlated. By gathering all necessary information, databases and descriptions, we began implementation of the Human Resources system. It was necessary to establish several interfaces, so we recorded all of the fields. The documentation that was used in the human resources department has also updated and implemented. On the basis of functional specification, we chose the best provider. In the end, we have established a new system that satisfied the needs of the HR department and that is still used today.
For Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. working with employees, one of the key factors ensuring the goals of the company. By upgrading human resource activity, we are realizing goals of HR policy such as the development of existing staff and their efficiency, improvement of information flow, education programs, etc Development and employee training, health and social care, measurement of organizational climate and satisfaction and key indicators of employees in this organization are also described. |
